With over 19 years in professional recruitment, Sean specialises in senior level search across all senior management disciplines. His experience covers a wide range of sectors, including Government, Education, Not for Profit, Technology & Supply Chain. Sean joined Dalríada having worked for 4 years as a Director of a large Irish executive recruitment firm specialising in senior executive search and had previously worked as Director with a large Irish recruitment plc for over 8 years.

A graduate of The National College of Ireland with a BA in Human Resource Management as well a B.Sc in Management, Sean is a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. He has a keen interest in the use of psychometric testing as part of assessment and development programmes and is qualified to British Psychological Society Level A&B standard in psychometric testing.
