His early career covered such industries as Healthcare, Financial Services, and Telecommunications & Technology where he held managerial roles. During this time Tom was a key member of the consulting team charged with the merger of Telecom Australia and OTC during the early 1990s to form Telstra Corporation, the leading telecommunications carrier in the Australian market.

Tom became a Partner with a leading Search firm in the Australian market in 1992 and since then has worked with a significant number of International clients.

Tom established the Dalríada brand in the Irish marketplace in 2004/5 and has managed the organisation to a leading position within the Irish search and selection community.

Tom has conducted a range of leadership level assignments across a variety of industry sectors. He has built a reputation as a highly professional, ethical and trustworthy consultant within the Search and Selection industry. Tom holds an MSc in Project Management from The University of Technology Sydney.
